Help me start a restoration

Just joined... I have a "basket case" that I thnk I can make run. Can someone provide web links, parts contacts or any other information to me at this location to help in that regard. All I have to go on is the info on the frame of the bike (Moped) = Steyr-Daimler-Puch AG / Bombardier PUCH / Maxi-S . Ser # 8181673.
What yr of Mfg does that Ser# represent?
Where is best source for Canaidian new and used parts?
What are tech links to assist with mechanical operation?

We will be open on Mon, August 19th since we won't be here over the weekend.
Austin Mopeds will be closed from August 21st- August 25th to visit our friends in Grand Rapids Michigan for the Ghost Riders Rally.
